Why Verse From a Nurse Exists
Verse From a Nurse was built on over a decade of diverse clinical experience spanning emergency care, medical-surgical and telemetry units, critical care, mental health, home health, post-acute rehabilitation, corrections, concierge/private duty, and travel nursing.

Grounded in formal nursing education, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Education, the platform’s mission is clear:

To teach, inspire, and support nurses in transforming knowledge into confidence — and confidence into sustainable professional and financial success.

Every guide, template, and course is intentionally designed to support growth in skill, mindset, and opportunity, without losing sight of balance, freedom, and purpose.

Because when nurses are equipped with the right tools, they don’t just change their careers — they expand what’s possible for the profession.

Mission & Values
Mission
Our mission is to educate, empower, and elevate nurses — helping them turn knowledge into confidence, confidence into action, and action into both professional and financial freedom.
We believe that when nurses invest in themselves, they change not only their own futures but the culture of nursing as a whole.
This platform exists to inspire growth, support innovation, and build bridges across every stage of a nurse’s journey — from student to leader, bedside to business, and beyond.
Values
-
Education: Lifelong learning fuels transformation. We teach nurses to think critically, act boldly, and lead with purpose.
-
Freedom: True success is built on flexibility, ownership, and choice — in career, finances, and life.
-
Expansion: Growth happens when we push beyond limits and reimagine what’s possible for nurses everywhere.
-
Connection: Collaboration and mentorship strengthen our profession. We rise higher when we lift each other.
-
Building: Every tool, template, and course is designed to help nurses build something lasting — knowledge, confidence, and legacy.
We’re redefining nursing culture through education, empowerment, and the belief that nurses feed our young — because when we pour into one another, we all rise.
